CLASSES

KIDS KICKBOXING (4-6)

Our Kickboxing program for kids ages 4 to 6 create a fun, engaging, and safe introduction to martial arts. Designed specifically for little learners, each class uses playful drills and games to teach basic movements, coordination, and age-appropriate self-defense skills. The focus is on building confidence and body awareness in a joyful environment where every child feels comfortable and encouraged to explore new abilities.

Safety is our top priority in this program. Instructors are specially trained to work with young children, ensuring that all activities are developmentally appropriate and carefully supervised. Our youth Muay Thai kickboxing program for ages 7 to 12 is designed to combine the excitement of striking arts with a strong focus on safety and fun. Kids learn the fundamentals of punches, kicks, elbows, and knees in a supportive environment where techniques are taught with care and control. COACH JALIL (HEAD COACH)

Born and raised in Morocco, Coach Jalil began his martial arts journey with Tai Jitsu at a young age before discovering his passion for Muay Thai and Dutch Kickboxing. Alongside his striking training, he developed a deep appreciation for Western Boxing, studying its rich techniques while practicing and competing in the sport. His dedication and talent led him to the Ontario Provincial Championships, where he earned a silver medal.

Driven by a passion for coaching, Jalil transitioned from competition to mentorship, achieving certification with Boxing Ontario. His coaching career has taken him to several well-known gyms in Montreal and Toronto.

As the head coach of UNDEFEATED’s Competitive MMA and Striking Team, as well as all striking classes.

COACH BRETT (MMA & GRAPPLING COACH)

The most experienced professional MMA fighter in the area, Coach Brett brings over a decade of competitive experience in MMA and No-Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ). His background also includes several years of training in Judo and Wrestling—two essential disciplines for success in MMA.

In 2008, Coach Brett founded Cornwall MMA, a highly respected gym that he successfully operated for 10 years. 

As UNDEFEATED's MMA & Grappling Coach, Coach Brett is dedicated to sharing his knowledge and experience, helping athletes refine their technique, improve their MMA & ground game, and reach their full potential in competition and training.

COACH RAZI (WRESTLING)

One of the most renowned wrestlers of his generation, Coach Razi Gul proudly represented his country at the 1988 Olympic Games in Seoul, South Korea. A multiple-time national champion in freestyle wrestling, his achievements on the mat have solidified his reputation as a top-tier athlete.

Following his competitive career, Coach Razi transitioned into coaching, sharing his expertise in countries such as Canada, Pakistan, Russia, and Afghanistan. With decades of experience training athletes at all levels, he is widely regarded as one of the most skilled and knowledgeable wrestling coaches in the country.

Coach Razi’s passion for the sport and dedication to developing athletes make him an invaluable part of our coaching team at UNDEFEATED.

PROFESSOR PATRICK (BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU)

With over 20 years of experience teaching and coordinating in combat sports, Professor Patrick brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to our BJJ program. A dedicated martial artist, he holds the rank of Professor in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and is a 5th-degree Renshi in traditional Jiu-Jitsu. 

Throughout his career, Professor Patrick has owned three successful gyms and worked with six others, helping athletes of all levels reach their full potential.

COACH GAB (CARDIO KICKBOXING)

With a strong background in dance and fitness, Coach Gabrielle brings energy, passion, and positivity to every class she teaches. Her dedication to Kickboxing is evident in her daily training, as she prepares to step into the competitive arena in the near future.

She is currently pursuing her Personal Trainer Certification through CanFitPro, further enhancing her skills to support individuals in reaching their health and fitness goals.

COACH secora (assistant coach)

Coach Secora began her martial arts journey three years ago and quickly stood out for her passion, discipline, and relentless work ethic. She now serves as an assistant coach for both kids’ and adults’ boxing and kickboxing classes, bringing energy, focus, and technical precision to every session.

A dedicated fighter herself, Coach Secora trains daily to sharpen her skills and lead by example. Known for her attention to detail and supportive nature, she takes extra time to help others refine their technique and build confidence in their abilities. Her commitment to continuous growth and to the success of her teammates makes her a respected and inspiring member of the Undefeated MMA coaching team.
